1. Services Offered

BikeBeyond provides guided mountain biking tours and related outdoor activities. Each tour's physical and technical demands will be clearly communicated in advance. It is the responsibility of each participant to sign up only for tours that match their fitness and technical ability. If you're unsure whether a tour is right for you, feel free to contact us before booking — we're happy to help you choose the right experience.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once we receive your reservation request and payment (as per instructions provided). Custom packages may require a deposit or full prepayment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellations: The cancellations and refund policy can be found on the booking page when you make a reservation.
Weather or safety: We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours for safety reasons (e.g. bad weather, trail conditions). Where possible, we’ll offer rescheduling or a voucher.

4. Insurance & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

Their own travel, health, and accident insurance
Bringing appropriate gear, including helmets (mandatory)
Declaring any relevant medical conditions

BikeBeyond and its guides are not liable for injuries, accidents, loss or damage of property during the tour, unless caused by proven negligence.

5. Liability Waiver

By joining a tour, you acknowledge the risks involved in mountain biking and outdoor activities and agree to participate at your own risk.

6. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data.

7. Changes

BikeBeyond may revise these terms at any time. The version published on the website will always be the most current.
